SOLE vs. CO-SPONSORSHIP Each child has a maximum of two sponsors. If you would like to be their sole sponsor, please select “Sole” from the drop-down menu. If a child already has a co-sponsor, then “Sole” will either show as “out of stock” or you will see an error  after clicking “Sponsor Me.”
