Sponsorship Transition Form
Thank you for helping us transition your sponsorship to our new system!
If you sponsor more than one child, you only need to complete the steps once and we will add your other children to your new Sponsorship Account for you.
To set your sponsorship(s) up in our new system, please follow these steps using the form at the bottom of this page:
To set your sponsorship(s) up in our new system, please follow these steps using the form to the right:
- Select your current Sponsorship Type (Co- or Sole).
- Enter the name of your sponsor child in the text box.
- Click the “Sponsor Me!” button.
- Go to Cart and complete the checkout process, which includes creating a Sponsorship Account.
Note: if you are told that an account already exists under your email address, then your sponsorships are already in the new system and no action is required.
Once you’ve completed the steps above, we will cancel your payments in the old system. If you were already charged in the old system this month, we will refund that charge.
